Rules & Regulations
For every event, there is a fees of Rs.
100 only per team. Fees is immaterial of the
number of members in the team but there would be
separate fees for each event. A coupon (worth
Rs. 20) will be provided to the participating
team (one per team) at the time of registration
which can be redeemed at our college canteen.
There would be 1st and 2nd prize for
each event.
"Certificate of Participation" will be
given to all the participants.
Participants should come in college
uniform and carry their original college ID
Card. Students without ID card will not be
permitted to participate.
Participant should reach the institute
at least 15 minutes before start of the event
and meet the respective faculty coordinator. For

Students can mail their entries to
sac@bmitjaipur.org or alternatively,
you can register online at our
website. Please provide
complete details (event name, individuals names,
team name, contact numbers, college etc.) for
registration.
Regarding winners, decision of judges
will be final.
