    Rules & Regulations

    Venue: 2G7, BMIT (Main) Jaipur
     Date: 08th March, 2014                                    Time: 9:30 am to 12:30pm

    •  The participants can give the presentation individually or in a team of maximum two candidates (one as author and another as co-author).
    •  In case of team participation (from same or different institute), both the team members are required to give the presentation.
    •  One team will be provided maximum 10 minutes for the presentation.
    •  The candidates should send the PPTs, related to their technical area (minimum 20 and maximum 25 slides) on or before 06th March, 2014 for the screening purpose.
    •  The candidates selected for the presentation, are required to give their presentation on scheduled date and time during ULTIMA TRYST 2014 at BMIT, Jaipur.
    • All the decision of the judges will be final and binding.
