Rules & Regulations
Venue-2G7
Time -12:00pm to 2:00pm
Round 1:
Every participant would be given
3 minutes
to present their views on either for or against the motion.
Round 2 (Elimination Round):
Participants would be divided in
groups on basis of for and against of motion and open debate of
15 minutes
would be there between two groups.
Only selected participants after
this round would qualify for third round.
Round 3:
Judges and audience would be cross
questioning both the groups on their topics.
Rules:
1.
Topic of the debate
Who deserve severe punishment one who gives bribe or one who takes them
2.
Individual participation in the
event.
3.
Exceeding time limit would lead
to negative marking.
4.
Mode of communication in event would be English.
5.
Use of unfair means is strictly
not allowed on stage.
6.
Judges decisions would be final regarding event
rules and result and no deliberations would be entertained further.
Judgement Criteria:
1.
Content of the material.
2.
Fluency of the language.
(English)
3.
Spontaneity of the participant.
4.
Overall presentation of the
matter.
