June 22 2010 : BMIT Faculty Member 'Mr. Alok Pandey (HOD, Electronics, East Campus, BMIT) and student 'Debojyoti Majumdar' successfully published their research paper on 'Effect of Electromagnetic Radiation on Human Beings' for an International Conference 'ICCCA - 2010' to be held at DIRF, Bangaluru.
May 7 & 8 2010 : BMIT students 'Debojyoti Majumdar, Pawan Kr. Verma & Aniket Mehta' presented & published their research paper on 'Sensitivity Analysis of the Sorbents that can absorb Carbon dioxide from the atmosphere' at National Conference 'REFSW-2010' held at SKIT, Jaipur.
April 10 2010 : BMITians 'Sudhir Kumar, Yogesh Kumawat & Vikash Kumar' secured the I Position in LAN Gaming Competition ' Cordinazo' held at MIT, Laxmangarh.
April 7 2010 : BMIT Students 'Sandipan Mitra, Vijay Kataria & Vivek Kumar' secured the I Position in Hardware Competition ' Dynamo' held at Rajdhani Insitute of Technology, Kukas.
April 1 2010 : BMIT Student 'Prateek Diwedi' secured the I and IInd Positions in ' Hacking' & 'Tech Quiz' technical events held at Amity University.
March 14 2010 : Dheeraj, Lokendra Singh, Anand Kumar, Rahul Goyal, Shefali Joshi and Shantanu Tomar won II Prize in an event 'Robo-Sumo' held at GIT.
March 14 2010 : Chandan Tiwary, Nitin Sharma and Pankaj Saini won I Prize in a Robotics event 'Linefollower' held at GIT, Jaipur.
March 13 2010 : Chandan Tiwari, and his team bagged II Prize in an event 'Robotrethlon' held at SKIT on March 13.

December 22-23, 2009 - Jitesh Gulati won first prize in C/C++ programming at VIT, Jagatpura , Jaipur.
Pankaj Saini (II yr) and team participated and won first prize in Robotics at VIT.
Anuj Choudhary, Bhupesh, Vikas Gupta from II year participated in C Programming Quiz in the same series of events at VIT.
December 12, 2009 - Manoj Sahu and Anil Kumar Yadav of VII sem (EC) attended IEEE MTT-S India Chapter sponsored National conference at JEC, Kukas on Advances in microwave material devices and its applications
November 27-28, 2009 - Rohit Sood, Himanshu Arora, Shrishti Mehta, Sushant singh, Shubham, Mitali, Mudita, nidhi, Priya Sharma, Omprakash Pandey, Abhinav saini, Sultan Ahmed attended workshop on 'Recent Trends in Web Technologies' at Gyan Vihar University.
Novemeber 14th 2009 - BMIT organized an Intra-college technical competition, ULTIMA TRYST. The event aims at providing a platform to students to showcase their technical expertise and to create a healthy spirit of competition among all the participants. Event consisted of 13 events in which various students participated and came out with flying colors.
November 11, 2009 - An Essay writing competition was organized on National Education Day. Topic was Present education scenario. Shipra sharma (III Sem) stood first and and Jalaj Sharma (III Sem) stood second.
November 7 - 9, 2009 - Team of Pankaj Kumar( II year) ,Gaurav Mishra (IV year), Mohit Sood and Roshan Singh participated in Intercollege fest at Balaji College of Engineering and Technology and secured I & II positions in different Robotics Competetion.
November 5 - 6, 2009 - Chandan Tiwari won the 3rd prize in Chip Designing at Ghaziabad
October 29 - November 1, 2009 - Amit Joshi , Ankan Chatterjee, Vaibhav Gaur, Sushant Singh,Ish Abbi of final year participated and won 3rd prize in short film festival at IIT Roorkee.
September 24, 2009 - Nitin Singhal (V Sem CS) stood first in Poster and website design competition.
September 19, 2009 - Intra college Debate Competition, Group Discussion, Aptitude Test and Tech Quiz were organized. Amit Sharma (I year) stood first in debate.
August 29, 2009 - Intra college Creative Writing Competetion was organized successfully. Vaibhav Lakhotia ( V Sem) and Chaitanya (V Sem) were winners.
August 22, 2009 - An Intra college C/C++ programming contest was organized. Many students participated but the real talent of Misha Jaggi (V Sem, CS) came out who stood first.
