SOLUTION OF NON-LINEAR EQUATIONS:- Interval bisection method, Secant method, Regula- Falsi method, Curve fitting, Method of least squares and their implementation in C.

SOLUTION OF DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS:- Euler’s method, Modified Euler’s method, Runge Kutta method of fourth order, Solution of partial differential equation with special reference to heat equation, Laplace equation and wave equation Milne’s and their implementation in C.

STATISTICAL METHODS:- Curve fitting methods – method of least squares, fitting a straight line, parabola. Correlation and Linear regression.
